Computer restarts, will show this blue bios page, then black screen but fans running

Do you use a graphic card, if no then i am afraid that its Blue Screen Of Death Virus,dont worry its easy to remove

yes sir @exkiller i am using a graphic card.. it usually restarts when i am playing dota 2.. it will go to that blue screen (image) and then restart again then black screen fans running

I guess its a GPU from AMD R series, no offence but AMD drivers suck, here's what you got to do and it might fix the problem
1.Do NOT unisntall your gpu drivers
2.Go to AMD's webiste >> Choose Your Gpu Model >> Select Help and Supoort >> Select Drivers >> Download the drivers >>Restart Your computer
Hope this helps , and if you're using a nvidia gpu then you can follow the same pathway

updated my Bios and driver of GPU, has not restarted so far

If it is a Blue Screen from Windows crashing then that is not a huge deal as long as you can keep getting back in windows. But When I read the question it appears to not be booting in to Windows at all, is that what is happening?
Just an FYI , the BSOD is Not going to happen when unless the PC boots and logs into the OS. And as far as I know it is only on Microsoft operating systems
