[SOLVED] Computer Restarts Windows But Keeps Running

My pc randomly restarts Windows 10 but the fans and everything keeps going, the only thing I notice is that my mobo's LED starts up again as in it goes ORANGE, RED, WHITE, then GREEN. So I think it's something going on with my mobo. If anyone has any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate it because I can't seem to find any good answers to this problem.

My specs:
Mobo: ASUS Strix B350-F Gaming
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1400 Quad-Core Processor 3.20 Ghz
GPU: Gigabyte NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2060
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 8 GB x 2
PSU: EVGA B3 450 W 80+

37A on the 12V rail may run the RTX 2060, but seems a bit tight - may want to use a PSU with a little more juice

any decent PSU 550W-650W should be fine - not sure what you're in the market for, Corsair had a Vengeance Series that was affordable before the pandemic even the CX650 (non-green) should be fine , the EVGA G2 series is fine also
