My computer keeps restarting without video when playing high demand games like PUBG or The Witcher 3. Often it doesn't starts the video at all, I got to switch of the PSU and turn it back on, and even that doesn't work sometimes.
It began some time ago and I have no idea what's causing that. I've already swapped my GPU and it's not a overheating problem, since my GPU and CPU temps won't go further than 50°C when I play those games.

My computer specs below;
Motherboard MSI B85-G43 Gaming
Processor Intel I5 4440 with a GamerStorm Captain 120EX water cooler
RAM 2x Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8GB 1600MHz
GPU Asus DUAL GTX1060 6 GB
PSU 650W (don't know it's brand though)

I had an AMD R9 270x GPU, which was swapped after the problem started. I did a clean install, removing all drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller.

Thanks in advance for any tips.

If it's multi railed PSU the rail that runs into the video card might not be coming on, the card might not be getting the power it needs until the PSU is actually cooled and reset,

yeah I can think of reasons for it to be like that.

You think a 500W PSU can handle my system just for testing? Also, can you recommend a model based on my system? I was thinking to get a Corsair TX650M, since here we don't have many options from EVGA's brand, but I really don't know much about what I need on a power source.

A 500 watt PSU will run your system indefinitely if it's a decent one and is fine for testing. The TX650 is a much better PSU than a CX series, wattage aside. So it would be a good choice just because of the build quality and it's still within the range where you'd get good efficiency (if that matters).

It seems to have worked, there's been two days in a roll without a single restart. Thank you for your help and your time Mark RM.
