Question Computer restarts without warning

My computer has been randomly restarting over the past couple months (sometimes while gaming sometimes not) and yesterday it restarted while playing Football Manager 19 and would not turn back on for 5 minutes. The power button was unresponsive (but there was still a lit LED on the GPU) and eventually the PC turned itself back on. I've downloaded a bunch of stress tests so can provide whatever information is needed.

Thanks in advance!

I've been using AIDA64 to stress test but I'm not sure what the appropriate ranges for voltage and temperature are (I've heard this particular intel series runs much hotter than other comparable CPUs). I can't figure out how to upload a picture of it but here are some pertinent stats after 15min of stressing:

CPU Max Temp: 87
Core 1: 92
Core 2: 91
Core 3: 89
Core 4 95

Voltages
CPU Core Max: 1.344
3.3V: 3.376
5V: 5.12
12V. 12.096

Sorry for the late reply,

I had installed the new update on 3/25, there was also one on 4/11 which I just installed today.

Over the past week the same issues have continued, and my CPU temp never reached >75 degrees.

Is there a way to test the PSU or would I just have to buy a new one and see if it works longitudinally?

Any sort of system log to see what is causing restarts?

Thanks again!
