[SOLVED] Computer running slow after installing new components

So basically, I've installed a new motherboard, CPU and RAM onto my system and everything is running super slow. I've installed all motherboard drivers and done nothing else. Please help.

Spec:
i7 9700K
ASUS ROG gtx 1060 at 6GB
ASUS ROG Strix B360-F
16GB Corsair RGB RAM at 3200Mhz

have you installed the drivers for your CPU? that may be your issue

I tried installing the newest cpu drivers from intel and there's an error stating that no devices were found that were compatible with the driver

UPDATE Reset windows, everything running smoothly now.
