Question Computer running slow

Having an issue that’s been bothering me for about week now. One day I booted up my computer and the computer has been super slow, my desktop wallpaper was removed and replaced. Also my OneDrive has syncing issues. I also get this error message. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you soo much.

As you said little informations about it, maybe fast fix would be to download program: UnHackMe (v. 11.40.0.940). I personally used it once when I had malware and It did a great job.

Advise computer specs. make model GPU, PSU. First try disabling fast startup https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html.

Run sfc /scannow at a command prompt
