Question Computer runs but my screen is black and cant use peripherals or monitor

my computer has its fans running and ram lights turn on but i cannot use the peripherals and the screen is black. Can someone help me I was just putting in a new ssd and my guess is that i didn’t shut it off correctly. Thank you Edit: i have also tried rearranging ram, removed my gpu, reinstalled battery, turning it off and on multiple times, im running it with no ram currently. My hardware is
Gtx 1070
Intel core i5 10400
20 gb of ram (2x6gb and 1x8gb)
Corsair 650m power supply
Atx mini b560m mortar

It needs RAM to operate. Install the two matching modules into slots a2-b2. Remove the 1070 and connect monitor to motherboard.
