Question Computer Runs Up But Goes to Black Screen after about 10 minutes

Computer crashed yesterday. Wouldnt boot up so I purchased a new hard drive. After installing new hard drive computer booted up with big green vertical lines across screen. Also after about 10 to 15 minutes the monitor will show a black screen and the computer stays running. Would appreciate any help you guys may have. I think its a hardware problem but dont know.

include the age of the PSU and the version for your OS. Can you go into BIOS and remain there indefinitely?

I cant even access BIOS for some reason. Also the PSU is about 3-4 years old and I'm running on Windows 10.

Motherboard: Not sure exact model but is a Gigabyte Micro
Ram: 2x4 Hyper X Fury
HHD: WD 1.0TB SATA
GPU: Sapphire AMD R7 370
PSU: EVGA 500W
Chassis: Cooler Master
OS: Windows 10
