So yea, I am using windows 10 with a ASUS PCE-N53 300 Mbps 11n Dual Band Wireless PCI-E card. I am with Virgin Media as my ISP and normally get 200 Mbps, but that is not the problem I am having.
When I view my internet speeds in my Windows Settings It says I am receiving 100Mbps (shown here http://prntscr.com/bz6m3y) However when I go onto Speedtest.net I get 0.3MBps. This is a problem for me as my job entails lots of downloading etc. I have tried to fix it by reinstalling drivers (a while ago, this may actually be the problem yet I am hesitant to reinstall without advice) yet I have had no success. Also when I connect to my 2.4GHZ connection I get normal speeds. I have tried a speed test on my Iphone connected to 5ghz, and I get normal speeds, much faster than my PC.

My computer has also been moved recently so this map be a hardware problem, but I have no idea.

That screenshot is not your internet speed, that is the connection from your computer to the router.
It also shows that you have a pretty weak connection.

You said when you connect to the 2.4 ghz band you get normal speeds, so why not use that?

Because I have always used 5Ghz up until the past week where I have experienced this problem, I normally get 6x times the speed of what I get on 2.4 Ghz

You said the computer was moved, it it was moved further away from the router or with more things in the way of the signal, the speed will drop. 2.4 ghz has a longer range than 5ghz, that may be why it's working better.

Try moving the system closer to the router, see how that works.

You can also check for an updated driver for the WiFi card and also check in the router settings page for a firmware update. If you have not rebooted the router yet, do that.
