Computer screen dimmer than usual on startup?

Whenever i start up my pc, my main monitor is a little different to my secondary monitor. It is darker and looks like the contrast is higher or something. To fix it I go into display settings, change a setting and then just change it back. Restart PC, and its back. All my drivers are the latest and I just can't figure the solution! Thanks!
