Computer screen enlarges and gets smaller

Hello, It is difficult to describe this problem. The screen will suddenly have larger type, later, smaller, etc.

In what application? All of them? Desktop text, documents etc...? Or only in the web browser? You are probably hitting keys by accident to change the size, sometimes the scroll wheel will do that also with a key press combination.
