Question Computer screen goes black for 1 second

My pc is connected to the monitor via dvi-d to dvi-d cable and at the same time pc is connected to my TV via hdmi to hdmi cable. When im on my pc doing stuff and then turn on the TV my pc screen goes black for a second and plays a sound for plugging a device and then goes back to normal. Is there any way to make that stop happening?

RAM Teamgroup 16 GB DDR 4
Motherboard Gigabyte B360M DS3H
OS windows 10 Pro x64 with latest update
Displays Philips 226V 21.5 inch and Finlux 32 inch TV
Dont know the bios version.
