Unfortunately you are going to have to send your PC in for service. Get an estimate before you authorize service. I suggest you pull the HD as you can easily recover the files on your HD. You could also try attaching an external monitor to your laptop to defer service until it suits you.
Alternately you can try replacing the screen your self. It is involved and technical. But not actually that hard. I've replaced several dozen. Just look up the model number. Buy a screen. Google how to replace the screen. note: before you do this, test with an external monitor since there is a chance it is the video card. This is unlikely but possible and so to avoid buying a screen your laptop can't use a few seconds testing is time well spent.
