Computer screen randomly goes black Keyboard lights also not working

Hello i have posted this question many a times on this forum but of no use
so few weeks back i had some sort of black screeching on monitor but i didnt give any attention because it would just go away so after some time my display just started to randomly go away then comes back on its own after 3 4 seconds but with time the problem got worse the screen would go away and doesnt come back for hours i have did every possible thing i could but all in vain changed vga cable and everything
so i have noticed all these things below
1: Whenever the screen goes black my the song running on my pc stops and the keyboard lights (caps lock num lock) doesnt blink when i press them and when they started to blink so i have to restart my computer and the display is back again
2: even if you touch slightly to the vga to hdmi adapter the display would go away and comes back on after second but not everytime sometimes it would come in seconds sometimes it would take around 2 4 hours r when it wants
3: i have plugged my cpu to TV and i never had this problem even if the problem persists on the desktop and if i change it to TV HDMI it wont give any issue
4: the problem is not with the gpu as i have plugged my vga cable to Integrated graphics and the problem still persists
Kindly help me because i have an online job and i cant do anything about it Need t sort this out really quickly
Or maybe a bad port of Graphics card ? as i dont plug the hdmi in same port as when i plug it on tv

So, summing up:
- TV with HDMI cable works fine
- you changed VGA cable and it didn't help
- the problem happens with both GPU and integrated graphics
- you are using HDMI to VGA adapter to connect monitor
which means the only common thing left is monitor and adapter. Monitor failure would not cause PC stop (the music would still play), at least usually. I would blame adapter then, but you wrote 'i have plugged my vga cable to Integrated graphics' which I guess you were not using adapter and the problem was still there? Unless the adapter was still connected to GPU?

thats the thing if the problem was with the adapter then it would still run with the integrated port which is on the mobo but still no use
but right now its been 10 hours and no display

What monitor you have? I would try using another port on it if possible.

its samsung LED 900p but the problem is not with the monitor because if you slightly touch the Display adapter which is connected with the GPU the display goes off and with the HDMI TV i dont use the same port i use another port for it and the problem never occured on tv
and i have only Vga port on it thats why i can't use another port

Well, I can only see 3 possible causes: the VGA port on the monitor, the adapter, or VGA cable. Since you tested another VA cable, and you don't use adapter when using integrated card, the only thing left is VGA port on monitor. It can't be anything else. And since monitor does not have other ports, looks to me you need new monitor. Or a very skilled technician that can install new VGA port on monitor - but that would probably cost more then what this monitor is worth.

Maybe man but there is another thing when the problem started there was slight glitching on screen i ignored it and with time the problem got worse the gltiching turned into black screeching like screen and then the whole black screen
and i have a graphics card i dont use Integrated graphics
i bought gpu last month and before that i never had this problem after maybe its the adapter or a bad graphics card port ?
