Computer screen tilted slightly to the left side

I'm not talking about 90 degrees but just a little like 3 millimeters enought to see a small black line above the screen on the left side and I had this monitor for many years but noticed today and i'm not sure when it happened

I already tried changing my VGA cable, booting my PC without GPU and with a different monitor, re installing AMD driver, trying different resolutions but nothing worked

To be more clear this is how is tilted and you see the display in front http://imgur.com/SD9uwNK but ofc to a much more lesser extent, the image is just to give an idea

Monitor: Samsumg LCD 1050p

OS: Win7

You need to adjust this on the monitor itself. Most digital monitors will have an auto adjust feature, this fixes these little alignment problems in most cases.
If not, you will need to go through the settings on your monitor (using the buttons on it to access the various menus) and adjust it manually.

Already tried both options before but no luck
