Computer setup loop and Black Screen

When my computer got the blue screen I just decided to do a factory image reset since most of my important stuff was on a flash drive. I've done this once before and it worked out perfectly fine. But this time during the reset the computer froze and it disrupted it because after the setup I used express settings and it just continues to load and say "just a moment" then after a while it the computer resets and it does again. Once it got to the home screen and was nothing but black and a recycling bin. If anyone knows how i can fix this issue i would greatly appreciate it. It is a dell laptop ***Running windows 10.***
