Hello, i just installed WoW, and started playing for 2 hours or so, when suddenly my computer shut down, and now i cant get a signal from my grapic card. But when i plug my screen into the motherboard/onbroad graphics it works fine. But my graphic card isnt to find anywhere.
Is my grapic card dead or what happend?
btw. I never had problems before - my pc are 2 years old
all answers are appreciated :)

Im using DVI atm .
I have tried to re-insert the card

Try plugging it in with vga or dvi when using hdmi. Do you have another pc were you can try it in?
If the gpu does nothing it's probably dead you might want to take it to a computer store to test if it's dead

Im using DVI at the moment, and i have tried hdmi, still nothing.

I have tried to re-insert it, but i have to try one more time, to be sure. hmm..
But thansk for the suggestion

If you have access to a voltmeter, check the voltage at the PCIe 6/8 pin cable to be sure you have +12V between the yellow and black wires. That will help verify it isn't a PSU problem.

I think the problem was .. you started to play WoW !

I would try the card in another PC.

In my experience when you have PCs as a big part of your life you need to have a spare knocking around or access to in order to trouble shoot problems. You may find a local PC shop that can test it for you for peanuts too.

Yeah, that was a pretty good idea.

I have a program on the computer showing how much power there are in the different parts, and it says that the +12V are running just fine with 12,5 or something. So its looking like its the graphic card 🙁

That software may just be reading the +12V at the MB, unless it specifically states it is read at the gfx card.

I now got the card running(It is now powered) - But the DVI inputs isn´t putting out any image. What should i do now?
I have also tried the card in another computer, and there are also no image using the DVI.

What did you do to suddenly make it run this time?
Did you try the other ports on the card?
Do you have your monitor set to receive DVI?
I'm afraid it it sounding like my first assumption; the card died. You could take it apart and see if there is anything obvious. But I doubt it would be anything you could repair on your own.
