Hello all,
As of late, I have noticed that when I go to shutdown my PC at night, it will not shut down. I click the start button like you should and it goes through the the shutdown process screens and then the screen flickers and locks up. When i go to manually shut it down through the power button, the PC restarts most of the time. I'm wondering if this could be a RAM issue because there is a new short beep I'm hearing when I get the PC to restart or start in the morning. I'm looking at upgrading from 8GB to 16GB either way. I was just wondering if anyone else has heard of this problem before, and maybe know of a fix?
I have a windows 7 64bit PC
please let me know if I need to provide more info to help diagnose the issue more.
Thanks in advance!
