so i recently installed a new motherboard from asus rapage iv extreme to asus rampage iv black edition and also installed SLI asus gtx 780 ti and now my computer just randomly shuts down by it self. i'm not sure if it's the SLi that's causing it or what. how do i full out the codes that might have been the reason for the random shuts down?

Do you have any overclock on your CPU? If yes, set it back to default.
Do you have the latest bios installed on your mobo? - If not, upgrade it.
Is it a problem if you re-install windows? If not, do it and check if the issue persists.

Also, do you get any BSOD or message before it shuts down? Or it just crashes and restarts itself?

it just shut down and if i was watching a video the sound will just stutter for 1 sec or less and then shut off. bios on mobo? don't they normally have a very up to date bios on mob? i haven't try to disconnect my other gpu that's running sli, i might try that and see also i'm going to be re installing the windows on my ssd and see if that makes a different. but for more than 24hrs it hasn't happen again since i updated the driver on my usb controller.
how do i find out what version of bios my mobo has?

p.s nothing is overclock
