On downloading windows ten by computer boots up after a short while it shuts down saying system service exemption any ideas anyone

1| Can you pass on your full systems specs?
2| Did you upgrade or perform a clean install for Windows 10?
3| Have you installed all the necessary drivers for your system that are meant for Windows 10?
4| Can you upload your .dmp files onto a file hosting site and paste a link here fro us to study?
5| Did you try running sfc / scannow or performing a system restore?
