Computer shut off! Not receiving enough power?

My computer turned "off" randomly. By that, I mean I think my computer lost power. My monitor turned off, but everything was still running. I hard reset it, and it won't turn back on properly. I hear the hard drive run, and my mouse's light turns on, but the fans won't run and there's no monitor display. I feel like it's not getting enough power. Is it a PSU issue? My PSU is an Antec Neo ECO 620W. I got all the parts from Logical Increments, so they should be compatible. The computer has been running fine for about 4 months now.

Somethings happened. if things are happily running then a failure like that, PSUs are generally the culprit.

Open the box , remove the GPU, disconnect the drives and plug the the monitor into the motherboard video output. Try to get into BIOS.

If still no good take the PSU back for replacement
