Computer shutdown under load

I recently made a thread suspecting my CPU cooling was inadequate for games and believed it to be overheating. Now that I have a cooler that is more than enough powerful to handle my CPU I figured I would be fine. Turns out that wasn't the problem... as my computer is still shutting down when playing games. GPU was at 55C and CPU was at 60C when last crash happened. I have no idea what is causing this :??:

This is on a new build btw

CPU: i7-8700k(OC using BIOS preset to 5.0Ghz)
Cooler: Cryorig R1 Ultimate
Motherboard: ASUS Z370-A Prime
GPU: EVGA GTX 970 4GB(OC +460 to mem clock +50 to core clock)
RAM: 2x8GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro
PSU: Corsair HX650
Case: Corsair Omega Carbide Series

I'm at such a loss...

Solution
seen also that your gpu is overclock could you put it back to default and i would memtest ram for error then use occt to do some stress test on psu then cpu them gpu one at the time .

Tried resetting CPU oc, still shutting down. Not suprised. When I had this problem originally I had no OC on the CPU, stock clocks and still shut down.
