Here is my problem.
My computer shutdown while I was playing Dota2, I did not try any other game.
This had happened a few days before as well, I thought it was heating issue.

I added CoolerMaster Hyper 212 X to my Rig 3 days earlier. I did not notice shutdown, the temps were way normal than it was usually.

CPU temps are around 20 c - 25 c while it is idle, while using computer it doesn't go beyond 35 c and while playing it doesn't go beyond 45-50 c very rarely I noted it went near 55c.

GPU temps are pretty standard 39 c idle and while gaming it doesn't cross 65-70c 70 was the max I noticed

I am pretty sure that the heat sink was placed correctly and there were no leaks of thermal paste as well. I also cleared CMOS once, just to make sure everything is fine.
I have the latest GPU drivers, latest windows updates installed.

I have not done OC on my CPU, I also thought it could be an issue with memory, I ran Memory Diagnostic and there were no issues in Memory

I noticed in Event Viewer that I have critical error Kernel - Power 41 (63)
I suspect it could be a power supply issue, but I am running 800W 80+ PSU..

Right now I am in a confused state and I am not sure how to proceed.
Need some help :)

My PC Config right now is :
FX 8320 3.5Ghz ( OC not enabled - all cores running ) + Hyper 212 X cooler
RAM 4GB - Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz
ASRock 970 Extreme 4
R9 270 XFX 2GB DDR5
Corsair GS800 80+
Cooler Master HAF 512 added with 3 x 120mm 1200-1800 RPM fans
Windows 7 64bit Ultimate SP 1 ( all updates installed )

Hope this explains
Thank you :)

It does crash within few minutes after I start the game. I did not note the exact time though.
I also tried to reduce rendering and also changed the resolution from 1080p to 720p. Still same stuff happened.
No changes were made, I performed windows update after this problem occurred only.

Unfortunately I do not have a multi-meter with me

It is 7 months old, I assembled the computer in Jan. Till now there were no issues. I used to play Bioshock infinite, AC - Black flag in ultra settings. Never had any trouble, this issue firstly happened a month before, like I said I suspected it was due to over heating, so I upgraded the CPU cooler and added 1 more fan to my case.
Do you think it could be because of PSU?

P.S : All my components are still under warranty

Just to be sure CPU-Z + GPU-Z can create log files I think. They'll log the temps as it sees them so when it does crash you can check the last recorded temps.

Also I take it you don't have another PSU to test? I'd try swapping the PCI-E connectors for a different set/different slot if its modular. Doubt that will help anything though.

Okay I will install CPU Z and check. I do not have another PSU to test. I have another PCI - E connector, I will change the power cable and check. I suspect it could be over heating of CPU, but records doesn't show like that.. If I only play a game it shuts down, when I browse or if it is idle it stays on forever. If I start a game just within 10 mins it turns off, however I do not get any BSOD or any error logs in event viewer, just 41(63) like I said earlier. I will consider reinstalling the CPU cooler with some more thermal paste and check if that helps.
