Computer shuting down ..?

so Only recently my computer started shutting down for no apparent reason,
at first it seemed to do it at random times

But now it seems to be doing in when i play Dota2 ( which is what I mostly do on the computer so it could still b random)

Ive notice My Cpu Temp seemed high 85c+

heres my setup
Amd Phenom II B55 Processor 3.2ghz

memory 8gb

Gpu Geforce Gtx 650 ti boost

my psu is not old just bought it like a year ago

mobo is old msi 870 g45

actually I dont have the temperature of my core on HWmonitor its the MOBO that seems to be overheating?

Noticed CPU was at 98C when it died So i guess my cpu is overheating...

should I upgrade both CPU and MOBO?

Your PC is most likely over heating due to issues with dust. When was the last time you cleaned out your case, CPU heatsink, GPU fans and PSU fans? If you are not comfortable doing this watch this video , You will need a can or 2 of compressed air to clean everything. You may need to replace the thermal compound on your cpu - the vidoe will show that also.

just did it , didnt go over 75c during a game wonder How long it will last tho
