Computer shuts completely down randomly, and now won't even turn on! (I think it's the PSU)

So about a month ago, randomly playing high intensive games on my PC and it would randomly shut down, it started happening more and more fequently.

So I went online and followed all of the steps to eliminated possibilities of it being caused from the OS
https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000689.htm (The one I used) and found nothing wrong on that aspect.

The problem still persisted and then started happening on low intensive games. Still shutting off with no rhyme or reason!

I did to a bunch of monitoring internal aspects like temperature, but it never reached a overheating temperature

Wake up this morning to find that the power button's light is off but the RGB's on the motherboard are still lighting up and the computer will not turn on!

Any idea's of what it might be?
