As typical, you have provided no near enough information for a proper response.
1. Does UPS shut off along with the PC?
2. Does PC immediately shuts off when power out with no delay whatsoever?
3. Does PC perform a normal "Windows Shutdown" or does it immediately goes black like yanked power cord?
1. Bad UPS or underpowered UPS with no battery reserve. What's the UPS Load% during normal operation?
2. Under size battery, no enough to even keep power for seconds and/or UPS shutdown timer too short.
3. If "Windows shutdown" = UPS shutdown timer too short. If sudden dead, UPS bad/underpowered.
no just the PC

The good news is, you don't have a thermal shutdown. The bad news is, thermal shutdown would be easier to diagnose and fix.
At this point am going to say you have under-powered PSU or bad PSU.
A deficient powered PC is not going to be saved by ANY UPS.
its a bit of both if the power goes out most of the times and while gaming it happens completely random like 2 or 3 times a day, so do i need to change the psu? or is there any way to check the psu before i buy one,my pc was fine when i built it, been using this pc for 1 and half years now and i more thing it gives backup sometimes but its once in a blue moon as for now
