Question Computer shuts down and restarts when loading up certain games.

so I just got this IBP prebuilt system and I am having problems with loading up Insurgency : Sandstorm, and a certain RP server on GTA V. all other games work fine, but when i try to load into these, my pc just shuts off and turns back on a few secdonds later. any advice?

I am unable to find the power supply make / model. all it says on the website is 650 watt. The system is the IBUYPOWER Element 047i.

i9 9900k, zotac 2080ti, 16gb ram, z370 A Pro motherboard. i updated the bios and ran insurgency, which was a first, but after closing out of it and trying it again an hour later i got the same problem.

Event Viewer shows error ID 10016.
