Hey guys I need help from you guys as I am facing problem with my computer. I bought a brand new computer on 18th July, 2015. Configuration of my computer is

MOTHER BOARD: GIGABYTE 78LMT-USB3
PROCESSOR: AMD 3.5 AM3+ FX 6 CORE EDITION FX- 6300
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR3 4GB
HARDRIVE: WD 1 TB GREEN INT.
SMPS ANTEC 450 W
GRAPHICS CARD: GRAPHIC SAPPHIRE RAEDEON R7 250 2GB DDR3
UPS: C Y B E R P O W E R
CABINET: COOLERMASTER

My computer was running smoothly for 4-5 months but one day when i tried to turn on the computer it dint start. I tried to turn on several times but it just gave a sound of the fans and went off. I took the computer to the shopkeeper from where I bought it, they checked and told me that it had a problem with the graphics card they replaced it and installed a new graphics card. My computer was running smoothly again when I faced the same problem after one month again. My computer was not turning on, whenever i pressed the power button on the cpu the DVDROM light turns on and then it turns off. I am also unware whether the 450 wattage smps is enough to run my pc or not. If not please suggest me the perfect wattage requried for my build up.

Does it still do this without the use of the UPS unit
