So recently i have been having this problem when my computer shuts down without bluescreen after that trying to boot back up but usualy failing. Light turn on fans turn on for few seconds and shuts again. Stressing the system does not effect this it happens at most random times idle or stressed.

So for me this sounds most likely like a PSU problem but could it be my motherboard and how could i troubleshoot this since i dont have other PSU/MOBO.

And somedays this happens very often someday it dosent happen at all. So im a bit confused should i send the PSU to warranty or not.

(Sorry if in wrong caregory)

I'd download HWMonitor or Speccy just to see the CPU and GPU temps and rule them out. Unfortunately, I don't think there is an easy way to diagnose a PSU or motherboard other than a process of elimination. Buy a cheap PSU and see if it solves your problem. If it does, buy a good PSU for your computer and keep the cheap one as a backup or for situations like this.

forgot to mention that nothing is overheating my 2500k idle at 30-35 and while gaming most ive seen 45
Edit: HWmonitor tells that my 12v line only gives 8.9v is this normal?

I think we have a winner!

ATX specs say that the 12V rails have to be within 10% of 12V, or not any less than 10.8 or more than 13.2 volts.

I think you need a new PSU.
