computer shuts down randomly but keeps working

My computer (with windows10) shuts down at random times but it never fully shuts down like the screen, mouse and keyboard lights go out but basically everything in the pc - gpu color, fans etc. still work and i also cannot shut the pc down when that happens so i basically have to unplug it.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Thank god for speccy, also id like to add that the computer is not overheating either, i keep track of the temperatures

Are you sure it is NOT going into hibernation state?

Sorry for duplicating. I just switched hibernation to "never" and will see if that helps BUT if the problem is related to some kind of a power issue how could i determine whats causing it?
