But then i switched back my first hard rive (Windows) and the random shutdown problem starts again. I reinstalled windows (Windows 8.1) again but the problem is still there.

Now, you mention the computer shutsdown - do you mean it just crashes and dies, or it turns itself off and Windows go through the Shutdown sequence

On the assumption it crashes - I would replace the HDD immediately, however or if that's out of the question, see if any of the following help:
1. Update the Motherboard BIOS - that Motherboard is an AUG 2012 release - Win 8.1 was released August 2013 - likely there could be driver compatibility issues.
2. Turn off power management for your HDD in Windows so its always on. If its like WD Green drive, it shuts down automatically if not in use - if that inbuilt circuit is damaged though, not much you can do (unless it's still under warranty)

3. If you have dual rails on your PSU, try the other rail and shorten the power cord so its getting the best supply
4. Try a different SATA lead and connect it to a different SATA port on the Motherboard
5. It maybe overheating - try moving it to a different location in the PC or rack (even just hang it out of the side and give it a go and see if it still crashes) and if it doesn't already have a Case fan blowing on it, suggest you install one pronto.

Good luck :)
