I just now ran into an issue where when my computer starts up one of the fans (sounds like the CPU radiator fan) spins very loudly, the bios beep happens, then the computer shuts itself down. I have looked all over and the only 2 solutions people seem to be posting are a faulty power supply, which isn't the issue, and re-seating my ram, which I have tried. the motherboard seems to be fine, as it still is on while the system has power (lights, etc are still on).
specs are as follows:
cpu: AMD fx9590 (water cooled)
mb: asus crosshair v formula z
video card: amd r9 fury
PSU: corsair rm 1000x
any help with this would be greatly appreciated, as this issue just sprung up seemingly out of nowhere
update: upon trying to start it again after waiting a bit, the fan did not start spinning loudly, still shut down within a few seconds of the bios beep
