Computer shuts off automatically, help!

Okay, so this is a weird problem and normally I'd sort it out myself but I am STUMPED. So usually, I turn my computer on in the morning or whenever i get home from work, the usual. however within about 20 min it always turns off as if the power went out or someone held down the power button. yknow everything just goes black. However, here's the weird part, if i turn it back on right after that, it will stay on until I turn it off. So i guess it only shuts off if i turn it on for the first time in a few hours or more? I HAVE NO IDEA. It also acts like I turned it off safely, no reports or warning about shutting off unexpectedly. I'm stumped... idek where to look.... (P.S. It's not overheating, I monitored it a couple times and nothing is even passing 70c)

My guess, psu or motherboard fault. I reckon psu is more likely.

Hmm, but like I said it works fine if I turn it back on after the initial shut off, Would that really be psu? And if so, Is there a way to test that? I don't want to buy replacements recklessly

Its just a guess from experience. Do you know anyone who could lend you a psu to try?
