Question Computer shuts off immediately after booting

I am running out of ideas on how to fix my pc. To give you a little a background I built a PC 18 months ago with a ryzen 1600, rx 570 graphics card and a gigagbyte B450 DS3H mother board. Recently it started shutting off after it powers up. The strange part is that it doesn't do this if I switch off my power supply and turn it back on after a minute. I have tried checking all my connections, swapping the power supply, reseating the RAM, checking the CMOS battery, and changing the case if it was the power button itself. Does anyone have any ideas to try?

I may be wrong but I am leaning towards bad ram. Try just one stick in what ever slot your mobo manual says for one stick
