Computer shuts off no reason

ii got my board from asus rma works fine but im having a problem cause it will shut off after a while of inactivity no bsod no anything. temps and volts are fine. just no explanation on why it shuts off. its just on inactivity.

well...theres not too many options left here...i beleive we have exhausted most of the options...
u have any frnd or family u can borrow some spare ram for testing???...i knw its a tall ask, but if u dont wanna spend money thn u have to manage sum othr way around...

It ain't a power setting. The psu should be fine it didn't do it with the gigabyte board but it's the Seasonic G750w. When I turn it back on does the windows did not shut down properly screen. A couple times it did the bad oc when I had it at 1866. I'll edit with a screen shot of how info of the voltages if you guys need it.

Edit I got another over clocking failed. By the way I did have problems starting it up but found out I didn't screw in the cpu coolers heat sink all the way but I did have a code 50 with the first two ram slots but all 4 sticks work fine

yeah jusst shut off again im not sure if it has to do anythhing but in event viewer comess up with 4 services stopped before it shuts off:
The Volume Shadow Copy
The Multimedia Class Scheduler
The Software Protection
The Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider

i was gone for like 8 minutes and shut off so its completely random on how long it takess before shutting off

cud be some registry core issue...
on an elevated cmd, first run sfc /scannow and then scanreg /fix...
see if that fixes it...

also, ideally if ur components/hardwares are not properly fit, system wont run at all...but still check again for consistency of all the components, like u said the heat sink was not properly set...

cant do scanreg /fix but scannow had no errors
when i had the heatsink not tightened all the way 2 of my ram slots gave the 50 error but all slots read all 4 sticks. right now im on loaded defaults with 2 sticks. someone has said to do a memtest and see. if i get another bad overclock or it shuts off then idk

2 2x4gb corsair 1866 vengeance
Swiftech H240-X Cooler
Seasonic G750w psu
Gtx 980 g1 gaming 4gb

Everything is at least a year old the psu is a year n a half (won in a raffle)

I ran that test you said but apparently it did start up but shut off while sleeping but no errors were found.

Edit wow was away not even a whole minute and shut off

2 I'm about to just use the other board while programs starting just shuts off

To let people know when I sent the asus board for rma I used my gigabyte board that I had and never shut off. This rma board is getting worse on shut offs. I'm not rma it again no point
