Computer shuts Off With Striped Screen

I can be playing a game, or even watching netflix, sometimes it happens sometimes, it don't. The PC will "shut off" by giving a screen, color differs, with black stripes going vertical. I have pictures, but don't know how to show. Please Help Me!! It is a disturbance to my free time, and even my school time.

What about your power supply?

I would check temps using hwmonitor, for starters. http://download.cnet.com/HWMonitor/3000-2094_4-10793486.html

I do know that motherboard doesn't have a very good reputation either.

Power Supply: Corsair CX850
I will check on the temps.

Not a great PSU, but could be worse. Try removing the graphics card, and using the IGP, on the motherboard. Won't be able to game, but netflix should be doable.
