Question Computer shutsoff playing any game after few minutes. New build

I just built a new PC (see components below) The computer would shutoff when playing any game after few minutes. When it shutsdown, the power light on the case is on and I can see the motherboard is receiving power (LED on motherboard) but I can't restart the pc back until few minutes has passed.

I ran memtest86 with no errors. I tried a different video card (RTX 2080 ti) but still same issue.

Specs:
Inte i9 13900K stock clock
CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR5 RAM 64GB (2x32GB) 5600MHz stock speed
Radeon 7900 xtx with latest driver
ASUS ROG Strix Z690-F
MSI MAG CoreLiquid 360R V2 - AIO ARGB
Raidmax rx1200ae probably over 10 years old
Windows 11 latest updates

10 yrs is a lot of wear and tear depending on load and usage. Your parts are not low demanding either. Try a better PSU.
