i have
intel corei5 760 and
asus p7h55 motherboard
6gb ram an
nvdia gt240 and
600w coolermaster psu.
Earlier i had a 600w zebronics psu which rescently gone out of service so that i installed the coolermaster psu which was working parfectly for near 2month but rescently it started causing problem i.e the psu fan doesn't start on its own but starts spinning when poked which i thaught causing the cpu to overheat and shutdown.the back pannel of the cabinet was also not grounded perfectly but i have checked the earthing which is fine. I have replaced the psu but the problem persists. there is no other over heating in anywhere in the motherboard.only the cpu over heats. It boots with a temp of 51degC and when i run any installation the temp rises very very fast and reach 72degC in just 3or 4 sec. I am curious which may cause the problem. i have a 1tb seagate sata hdd and an old 250gb sata seagate hdd. Please suggest which may be the cause of problem.
