My pc shuts down randomly, not crash but just shut down. After it shuts down it attempts to restart on its own and just before it gets to the bios screen it shuts down again. This started happening randomly a few days back. My motherboard and cpu temperatures are in range. I cleaned all the dust in the computer. The event manager shows no errors. Disk manager shows all disks are healthy. My graphics card is working as intended. I don't know what the problem is. Although the computer makes more whirring noises, I'm not sure what part. It's as if it's under stress, but the task manager shows it's normal.

UPDATE:Here are the readouts, gpu fan is at 0 rpm because of no load but it works. My processor and gpu range is way higher. After cleaning it, I played a games on it on ultra settings and the computer didn't shut down. Left it idle for 2 hours, it started to make beeping noises and the problem returned. Anyone with a diagnosis?
