Computer shutting down

My psu is an Ace 750watt amd fx at 4ghz 8 core 8350 8gb 1866 4tb hdd and 512gb ssd ect no dvdrw and EVGA geforce GTX 660 2GB ti. Yesterday the system shut down without been told too pressed the power button nothing happened. Had too switch off the psu then on again and it worked fine. Why is this

Probably that PSU has gone bad. Get a good PSU, it's a good investment.

Get a Corsair CX450 or SeaSonic S12II 520 W PSU, both are good for the price.
