Long story short, the computer fell off the desk and now randomly shuts off under load. I unplugged replugged everything back in. Took the cpu cooler off, and took the cpu out and did not see any damaged pins. Put new thermal paste on and put cpu cooler back on. Cannot see any damage to any of the components.

When I run benchmarks sometimes I can get through the benchmark, sometimes it shuts off. It does not appear to be an overheating issue. Using HWMonitor, cpu Temps staying in the 40s, gpu staying below 80, mobo Temps staying in the 40s. It seems to be random how long it can stay under load before it shuts off. After a shut off it will not turn back on until I flip the psu off and then back on. Components listed below.

Asus prime X470
Ryzen 5 2600 using wraith prism cooler
Corsair Vengeance Lpx 8gb x2 3000
Asrock phantom gaming rx590
Samsung 860 Evo 500gb ssd
Corsair CX750M psu

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
