Computer Shutting off and then restarting

I have a 2 1/2 year old iBuyPower system with Corsair Cpu water cooler. Recently my computer just randomly restarts it self. I don't know if its the power supply or the water cooler need to be replaced.
I have a
-400W power supply
-Corsair AIO water cooler
-Amd FX 6300
-Geforce GTX 750 Ti
-an DvD drive
-4 fans in total including water cooler
-8GB of ram
-MSI Socket AM3+/AMD 760G/DDR3/CrossFireX/SATA3 and USB 3.0/A&GbE/MicroATX Motherboard 760GMA-P34 (FX)

try a bios reset , then a bios flash if that didnt help nothing will

How are your current temps? Could it be overheating???
