Computer shutting off randomly

My computer keep shutting off randomly. it is not the graphics card (i put a different one in and the same problem continued to occur). I have also tested the RAM and that works fine. The computer is not over heating. It is an IBUYPOWER with 16GB RAM, MSI Twin FrozrII graphics card, and a GIgabyte motherboard. Any ideas?
