Computer shutting off.

Hey guys, I built my computer about a year ago and here recently it has been shutting off without notice. Im not sure why it is doing this, I do not think it is overheating but it is possible. How do I diagnose the problem so I can look into fixing it? Could this be a power supply issue?

Some times that it occurs are when I am streaming twitch.tv and maybe doing something else in the background.
