Hello.
I’ve been having an issue with my computer recently,
The computer sleep after roughly ten minutes, I have tested and it ranges from 5-10 minutes and seems to be somewhat random,
I have contacted Microsoft but they seem to do one thing, tell me to try it, it doesn’t work and then I have to try the process all over again. The last guy didn’t even give me a code to start the issue up again at a later date.
I have tried screensaver
I have tried resetting power options
I have tried Regedit
I have tried windows update
I get a post code on my Asus Maximus IX Hero just before it goes to sleep
40—>04 then it goes to sleep. After it wakes up I get a code 30 then all is good.
I have reset the DIMMS etc.
At this point I feel like my only option is to reinstall windows, but having over 3TB or data I don’t exacrly want to.
