[SOLVED] Computer slow after new graphics card is put in

I recently just put in a zotac rtx 2060 graphics card and it runs games faster than my old 1060 but my startup and overall computer loading speed is slower, sometimes programs such as youtube crash as well. I updated the drivers for my 2060 but is there something im missing here to make my computer stop being slow because it wasn't like this with my 1060.
