Computer slow startup, Windows loads fine

First,

Intel Pentium D 925 3.0 Ghz (Stock)
Biostar TP45E Combo Motherboard
4GB (2x2GB) OCZ Intel Extreme Edition Dual Channel PC12800 DDR3 1600MHz Memory (at 800MHz)
Power Up! 550W PSU
HIS HD Radeon 4670 1GB DDR3 IceQ
Hitachi 80GB SATA HDD - Windows 7 64 Bit RTM
Philips DVD RAM Drive
24" WS NEC LCD (1920x1200)

Ok, so when I turn on my computer, the fans go and the DVD drive spins and I have no signal on my monitor. 5-10 minutes later I get the start up screen (POST test, AMBIOS screen) and then Windows loads perfectly. Once I go onto Windows everything is fine and running as it should, the only problem is the long start up times. This has never happened to me before and I was wondering what to do.

Check your bios settings for a "fast boot" setting; I use the windows diskclean tool often, as well as ie privacy keeper, which does the same cleanup for even more files. I had a similar problem; checked all my optical and hardrive connections for loose cables, and reduced my setup to one hardrive instead of two.

I have Quick boot enabled, I'll do some research on diskclean and ie privacy keeper and see what I come up with, thanks

If you want the computer does not have to clean the brakes on the register.
