Computer slower then before after resetting(delete all files)

I was resetting computer because of a malware software were installed, I downloaded tons of removale programmes and got rid of it. I resetted anyway since i just wantted and wanna make a clean move.After resetting, my pc takes forever to load the my pc(computer) thingy and overall perform even more slower then before( it takes no time to load it).Is it because just resetted so it takes times?should i reset again and do not let windows update newest version?etc

Most probably it has reset all drivers to mostly basic MS drivers and you should find and install proper drivers from manufacturer's site(s)
