computer slowing down and every window says not responding when i do anything including closing the window

windows 7 running slow every window i open stops responding videos freeze but sound keeps playing on youtube internet seems to have slowed down everything i do on the computer is taking longer to open and close and freezes up i have a SSD hard drive and 2 Gforce graphics cards 550 GTX plenty of ram and a decent CPU

My first step would be to open the task manager and see if something is hogging resources. Also post your full specs, including your psu.

Open "TaskManager" Select Running Program, Select "Process" Then Change "Options"To Either "High" Or "Realtime", That Will "Really Wake Up,Computer!!!!!
