Computer Speakers on multiple devices?

I have a pretty solid pair of cyber acoustics, I connect them to my laptop, and then connect them to my TV for gaming/movies, or sometimes just connect my phone to play music, however I always have to disconnect the 3.5mm jack from whatever it was plugged into... is there’s like an audio hub? Where I can connect all of the devices and switch between which one I want to use? Not looking for something expensive.
